The Remuneration Inquiry is progressing well, with Mercer visiting the Darling Downs, South West, West Moreton and Metro South LASNs last week with Wide Bay and further Metro South sites planned for this week. A group of representatives from Central Qld LASN will also travel to Wide Bay to attend the session.
Meetings have been well-attended across the LASNS, with many ambulance officers travelling from their own towns to meet with the Mercer representatives.
The feedback ambulance officers have been providing to Mercer has been excellent, allowing the Mercer team to get a great understanding of the diverse, complex and evolving nature of your work.
A big thank you for those staff who came in on days off to contribute to the sessions.
With each visit, something new is added to the data collected, helping Mercer form an accurate assessment of all the work you all do, which will form the basis of your claim for higher remuneration.
