As you will be aware, recent newsletters have mentioned the research that we are funding through the Australian Research Council and the team at Griffith University. Our outbound call centre team have contacted around 50 members as part of the pilot study and Griffith University have analysed those results.
The full study has now started and we expect around 400 of our members will be contacted in upcoming weeks and asked to take part in this study. You are not obliged to take part, and some of the questions will be quite difficult for some of you to talk about. We are committed to this study though and encourage you to take part so that we can continue to drive our evidence-based approach to improving the experiences of our members.
