National Council welcomes two new representatives from the ambulance sector

United Voice prides itself on ensuring rank and file members are a part of the decision making process in all union business, from industry/campaign strategy to governance issues in regards to budgets and day to day running of the organisation.

To ensure this process is transparent and accountable there are a number of governing bodies, one of which is our National Council. National Council is made up of rank and file members and officials of all branches. 100 delegates who sit on National Council from around Australia meet annually to set the strategic direction of the national union.

With the support and endorsement from State Council, delegates Michael Formica and Jennifer Miran were recently elected to represent ambulance officers on the National Council.

We congratulate Mick and Jen on their appointment and know they will represent with pride, passion and integrity all our members from the ambulance sector.
