United Voice stands up for graduate placements

United Voice is taking a stand for our graduate placement members to ensure certainty, consistency and transparency in the current system.

We are aware that many graduates are suffering from some managers changing the goalposts and a lack of clarity about their placements.

Graduates should be told up front the details of their job offers and placements and those commitments should be kept. This message has been relayed to QAS management and we will keep you up to date about developments in coming weeks.

This needs to happen now, 2014 QAS graduates are suffering from the lack of organisation, training and support. Some were told they would have a 2 yr contract at a service, which has now been shortened to 6 mth with no certainty of future employment.
