Aggregate rate win for communications

Thanks to the strong advocacy of delegate Mindy Thomas, a rostering problem that prevented QAS from paying the new Aggregate Rate to Brisbane EMD members was fixed within 24 hours.

Mindy highlighted the problem, consulted with officials at UV, engaged with members and worked out a workable solution to the roster that resulted in a great win for her colleagues.

There may be some glitches with the introduction of the new Aggregate Rate, but QAS is in consultation with the union and we expect any glitches to be ironed out. If you are having any issues, see your delegate or State Councillor.
